I've been there twice already, it's incredibly safe. Outside of the locals there selling stuff and being annoying about it, there's close to a 0% threat of anything happening. There is also military personnel stationed in various spots around the area, you may see them, you may not. Everyone there is friendly tho.

Hello does the tram pick up cruisers at the dock/ship? That’s a long walk for disabled cruisers

Unfortunately, the tram does not start at the dock. However, RCL provides wheelchair assistance as you can see in the few second of the video a wheelchair being placed at the pier immediately upon disembarkation from the ship. Hope this info helps

I am skeptical about travel to Haiti, but this private resort area looks pretty good.

Labadee is pretty isolated from the mainland and we think adequate security will be put in place if Royal Caribbean decides to re-open the resort. Besides RCL would have considered the safety of its passengers. Labadee is indeed a very beautiful place and we have yet to explore much more 😀

is the tram in labadee accessible ? Will it be able to accomodate electric scooter or else a wheelchair ?

I have seen a passenger using foldable wheelchair on the tram, but I am not sure about electric scooters. You can always check with the RC staff on your queries. Thank you for watching 😀
