Millon’s test is specific test for identification of tyrosine. Tyrosine containing Proteins solutions give red colour.

Heat coagulation test is given by Albumin. Fill 10 ml solun un test tube add 2 drops of 10% acetic acid. Hold the tube in slant position and heat upper portion. Heat will cause denaturation of albumin, and acetic acid will provide isoelectric pH. You will notice white coagulum on the upper portion af tube due to denaturation by heat at isoelectric pH.
