Is it common to only have one puppy ? As an English cocker

Hello! It isn’t common no :) In Matilda’s case she was pregnant with 3 puppies but sadly nature decided to take two. This can happen & they were reabsorbed before they were formed. Leaving just one baby to get very big 🙊
