The welfare bill needs addressing. It's crippling the country. How much is spent on non Brits for stsrters???
@Jeremiah59

Housing benefit is expensive because of the lack of them and high immigration. The amount of sick people is due to the NHS not being fit for purpose. Not enough prevention of sickness, GPs are not trained in nutrition!!!! The NHS used to give out cod liver oil, something like this needs to be reinstated. People need to be advised to increase magnesium intake from foods and reduce caffeine in take. I believe there is a significant rise in sickness from electrosmog, our bodies are designed only to function with natural sunlight. The nnEMFs are disrupting cellular function. The NHS is living in the 19th century. The health revolution of the 20th century was based on nutrition, this has long since been forgotten!!! Dr Max Gerson Dr Bircher-benner Dr Francis Pottenger Dr Weston A Price. These are the medical Genius of the 20th Century, instead we are left with crooked pharmaceuticals. 21st Century medicine is electromagnetic, or the avoidance of nnEMF. The welfare bill is the price the UK is paying for bad medicine and ineptitude of the scientific elite.

Labour are looking at public debt in France and seeing that as the extent to how much more they can borrow. Especially now it all gets spent on public sector workers who took out mortgages during QA and low interest rates, meaning it won't be inflationary. @@timothywatson659 The first 10 years of the Tory government were spent rebuilding the public finances after Labour bankrupted them. Austerity was Labours fault. Then came Covid followed by the invasion of Ukraine and the spike in energy prices, both totally outside the control of this or any government. With the benefit of hindsight many things could have done better and much wastage avoided, but it's easy to be wise after the event.
@timothywatson659
@timothywatson659 7 ай бұрын
@jjefferyworboys8138 Interesting you blame the problems today on external events yet the lack of public finances on Labour, conveniently forgetting the Financial Crisis of 2007-08, which was the biggest world financial crisis since 1973 (OPEC crisis). How you can blame austerity on Labour is beyond me - it was a political choice, other countries, notably other countries in the G7 decided on the exact opposite remedy and to invest and grow their way out of recession. You mentioned the debt that Labour left - some 1076 billion or 68% of GDP. Today it stands at 2659 billion or 101% of GDP. Taxes have never been so high, waiting lists for the NHS at record levels, the Armed Forces smaller than at any time since the 19th Century. Immigration at record levels and deportations at record lows - I really could go on. I asked if you could mention three things that have improved in 14 years - I doubt you or anyone else could. Are you seriously blaming this on Russia and Covid?

Before Sunak became PM I don't remember Liebour ever bringing up the subject of Non Dom tax, And that was only because of Sunak's wife who is exceptionally rich, So yet again Liebour try to play for the Empathy vote from all of those who are not well to do, kind of lets make them jealous and they'll vote for us!! So The Tory's have come up with a similar idea to steal their thunder, but I seem to remember quite a few years ago when Liebour came up with a similar idea and even Rod Stewart threatened to move to California, And it's doubtful Liebour will tighten up any offshore accounts rules as how many of their own MP have offshore accounts. In Fact how many of their own MP's have their own Businesses and use Zero Hours contracts which Liebour bring up occasionally?? And Reeves mainly Talks about Tax "Avoidance" which Liam mentions is Legal, but she hs not mentiond Tax "Evasion" which is Illegal!! As for the NHS, It's a Liebour Government in Wales and apparently the NHS in Wales is in a far worse state than in England with Welsh Patients on English waiting lists, and Liebour keep talking about making the NHS Better, so why haven't they done than in Wales under Liebour??? This is all nothing more thgan smoke and mirrors from Liebour, they think we are all idiots and they can take us for FOOLS!! and anyone would be not just foolish but BLOODY STUPID to vote them into power!!!

Cash is king is a phrase I learned when studying accountancy and is used to point out that it doesn't matter how much money you have tied up in assets and how rich you may appear to be on paper, your liabilities (bills) can only be paid with liquid funds. This doesn't mean physical cash money, but funds that are readily available, often those held in bank accounts. "Cash is King" actually has nothing to do with working for cash in hand.
