I ordered a bed table from an online Instagram store (Kolkata) last month only & received it in broken & damaged condition. I have it's unboxing video & pics as well that I had DM to that lady.Also have mailed across same to her. She saw each DM of ours on her insta account but didn't reverted at all. We gave her numerous reminder to arrange the pick up of item & process refund, bt she simply ignored each msg & didn't uttered a single word nor did apologized once. Aur abhi main bill kul bhi pay nhi kar sakta main unemployed aur uper se 10000 per month ka emi so abhi kya kar sakte hai, main bahot frustrated feel kar raha hu. Give me some solution sir.
