सर मैने मेरे बच्चे का राजस्थान डिफेंस एकेडमी सीकर मे एडमिशन कराया और दूसरे ही दिन बच्चो से मिलकर पुछ कर और देखकर देखा तो पता चला जो पढाई मुझको चाहिए वो यहा पर नही मिलेगी तो हमने दूसरे दिन ही एडमिशन रद्द करवा दिया और 50000 रू फिस जमा करवाई उसमे से 5000 रू काटकर तुम्हारे बैंक मे चेक द्वारा एक सप्ताह मे जमा करवा देगे पर एक महीना हो गया पर अभी तक जमा नही करवाई बोल रहे है प्रोसेस चल रही है यह प्रोसेस क्या होती है

Sir,I am a resident of a society flat in Rohini. Society water pipe line is broken and supplying gutter liquid with water from 4 months. Complained to MC manytimes. President has made a prestige issue not to repair it. I have been regularly paying maintenance charges evn after the complaint. Sir I have been denied my insurance claim of car by oriental insurance company stating that a wrong ncb percentage was selected while taking the Policy from Policy bazar. Here I want to tel u that ncb percentage is automatically selected by Policy bazar on the basis of the option selected for weather any claim has been taken in previous Policy or not . If u select no claim taken in previous Policy the entitled ncb is automatically picked up by the system and the same happened with me Now when I submitted a claim they are saying that u are not eligible for claim whereas there is no fault from my side as its system generated However I still asked them to pay my claim after deducting the due amount of recovery but still not being paid by the company Please guide

Sir I have a question regarding the Affidavit :- 1) Can i file my affidavit for consumer court purpose in a plain paper ,duly notarized by notary and no advocate identified there? Or I need to get the affidavit duly notraised in stamp paper and signed by advocate and notary both? I would really appreciate your kind reply in this regards ! As in ncdrc website it says can be done on plain paper?

Yes it can be done on plain paper. The stamp paper is only for non judicial use. You can go with the option 1
