have done an excellent job my dear. Obviously, the making of paratha/chapathis call for simple ingredients, however it is how one prepares these breads, well that becomes the art. truly love is incorporated into every kneading and handling of this simple yet nutritious grain. Thanks a lot from Norway! This and ordinary paratha seems like just what I need. I'm so tired of ordinary bread with yeast, which is why I was looking for some easy recipes for flat breads. This seems like something that may be great to use for many things, maybe it could even be made with a bit of sugar in it, for a sweet filling, to use instead of other types of pastry... Maybe you could just spread a layer of jam/jelly, apple sauce or chocolate bread spread, then fold it up in four to eat as it is or to serve with ice cream - as an alternative dessert or snack when you crave something sweet... Oooooh, now I'm hungry... ;) :) PS! It was great to see you using an ordinary pan, others have said you use either a cast iron one or that special pan made for making these. I don't have either, cast iron pans are so heavy to lift, hate that. I do own two sizes of pancake/crepe pans though and I will use one of those! :)

Hello Priyanka! That was wonderful !!I would like to know the technique for rolling the dough. When you roll it, the shape turns automatically. It would be good to capture that on SloMo camera with commentary to describe how you shift the pressure and Speed to make the chapathi rotate.Thank you !
