I miss my papa more than usual after this video. I remember him buying the laccha rabdi from my favorite mithai shop at my home town.. But that catch is that shop is 20kms away from home.. He would make sure to buy it fir my Sinjara on the festivals. Now that 'm miles away, I miss laccha rabdi and my father keeps thinking how to send me some. Flight isn't an option, so I have sent him this video and told him that I will try and make it on this Diwali.. Wish me luck and my father happiness.. Before watching full video only i clicked like button. I was searching for Rabdi recipe which has told by Shilpa Shetty and its available only in Amruthsar. Then i thought lets try once at home to taste this authentic Rabdi & finally got here. This is Recipe which i did in my very young age, where i collected almost a week milk malai, then add together and make in a big quantity. It was awesome
