Your video is definitely still relevant to me in 2024! I’m just starting out with leather. So thanks for all the great tips.

I’m using a pre-punched wallet from Tandy. I’m having issues getting the lacing to go through the holes. Every so often the lace breaks. Any suggestions please? ☹️

Thanks Yvonne! 2 yrs later in 2020... Still relevant! ❤️ Very helpful tips, including tools, materials, resources. Still in awe of your talent & creativity after I found your channel 5 yrs ago. I started with wire wrapping/weaving & got into many other genres of jewelry making. Hard to stick to just 1 or... 5, lol! ***Q: What type of glue/adhesive do you recommend for leather work? I'm attaching a double strand of stone beads to leather strips (mag. buckle clasp at opp. ends), probably strung on Fireline. May sew through leather to finish but may be more secure with a touch of glue on knot... Or should I punch sm holes for thread & knot? TIA! ❤️

Hey Von, I know you say you always give yourself extra so you don't have to splice in more materials but I was wondering if you could make a video on how you would do it with lacing.

Hey, Sydni! This is an excellent idea! I will make a video showing how to add in more lace on projects like this :)

OMG ~ Just saw your Traveling route on the News.. Did you get Hit with the Blizzard coming or Going?? ~ Did the Weather slow you down getting to Dayton? I worry that you took twice the drive time or had Serious Problems because of the Weather.. Prayers with you.. Von, Keep your eyes on the Road so you are ON the road & Not headed for the Ditch...
