A great great artist, what a truly beautiful and strong voice. Words cannot describe the strength the power and inspiration Jah Lacksley's songs gave and still give me. He left us far far too early ,he always sang as if he knew he'd be leaving us early..all his songs were so strong and sweet with a clear message for us all. One of the greatest reggae artists of all time.

Superb track. I have the dub version on a Prince Jammy album. I always associate Lacksley Castell with Hugh Mundell and Augustus Pablo. Shaolin Temple is the dub track but I might be wrong due to brain fade. I love the tone of the sax.

Although the track is Throne of Blood. I still have the vinyl. In fact I have managed to hang on to most of the records I bought in the 1970s and early 80s.

Played this to my adopted firstborn son today. He is almost 39 years old. He cannot believe this kind of tune came out of Jamaica back then and the people getting further away from Zion and the Law instead Of returning to it
