Lactalis Australia Boosts Productivity with 24/7 Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) Operations

Lactalis Australia has achieved increased productivity at its Lidcombe Milk Site in NSW with the roll-out of a Dematic Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) solution.
The new AGV solution has helped Lactalis to significantly increase productivity at the Lidcombe site, as it allows it to run a faster operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The AGV solution chosen by Lactalis, four Dematic’s Counterbalance Series AGVs, manages the transportation of pallets in a chilled environment that has a temperature of 2 to 4 °C.
