Interesting to see the watch max HR matched the test center max HR. Excellent explanations of the process and results.

Really interesting to see the testing process but I'm in awe at your ability to push yourself to the max while testing yourself! 💪🥳 I often use that strong arm emoji in your comments...

Interesting! Thanks for sharing this. I've wondered how the zones were figured out. The max HR test looks a little painful (not to mention the constant finger pricking). Happy holidays, Tess!

yes the heart test is a bit tough. The finger picking was ok. As long as I didn’t have to pick my self 😉

Awesome results! Did you also find out your VO2 Max?
@tessontherun2 жыл бұрын
Yes I did. It was lower than I thought it would be. 49 I think it’s because I just started my new training block after some rest after last season.

@@tessontherun Thank you for showing is your test and for converting Km to Miles per house for your American audience. I'm curious, Tess...did your VO2 Max in this official treadmill test match the VO2 Max as predicted by the Cooper Test that you showed us? Thank you.

@@Burps___ No it didn't match my cooper test. I think my fitness level is lower now since its off season, but not that low (49). I was thinking of doing a cooper test soon after this official test, but went to Asia for three weeks and didn't prioritize it. Thanks for watching! :)
