I saw them live back in like 2007 or something and it was insane. We didn't expect much because they were just kind of becoming more mainstream rock back then so didn't know if it would be much of a live show. When she came out it was like a goddess approached. IDK how else to explain it. The first song was one where she goes into those hard hitting vocals almost instantly...I think it was "our truth" and it was just so fucking amazing. The sound quality + her voice was un-fucking-real. Insanely loud too because it was the machine shop, which is a pretty small place but was packed full of people (sold out show).

Can it get any better? A band with a clean, crisp, precise sound. Every note and beat methodical perfectly executed with a purpose. Cristina's voice is pitch perfect, Andrea's voice is purposefull. The band plays tight yet flows so natural! Too many bands today play haphazardly and without focus. Lacuna coil revived my faith in REAL music and musicianship. Not to mention Cristina looks great to be in her 40's. Parents...introduce your kids to this band...they ARE THE TRUTH!🤘

This album is genius and hilarious! I became a fan after hearing it. Many people keep complaining that they became poppy and mainstream with it and fail to see that that was exactly the point: they were criticising the shallow life by pretending they had succumbed to it, and they were also claiming their right to do something different and funnier, because they ACTUALLY like pop music and consider it worthwhile, and wanted to escape from the genre labels they had been imposed by fans and critics. It was a very brave move and it is a pity that most people didn't see the irony in it.

I saw Lacuna Coil in Sacramento last night, they closed with this song. They were awesome, and while I was pulling for them, I do really think they did steal the show. The audience seemed to have the best vibe during their performance. Unfortunately, since they were opening their set was only about 30 to 45 minutes. I would love to see them headline.
