I wrote this song a little over a year ago and honestly never thought it'd be something I'd release. It felt too invasive. But the more i lived with it, the more i realized that there's no way i can be the only person that has had these thoughts. This song means so much to me. These emotions were a reality for me for so long and this song perfectly encompasses that season of my life. It was important to me to make it a vlog style video rather than a single release. I wanted it to feel like a one on one conversation. Because this is an uncomfortable, honest conversation that ive wanted/needed to have for a long time. I wrote these words and I filmed/edited this video. This is me. I really do hope you enjoy it. If you went through something similar and overcame it then i hope you feel a warm understanding. And if you're currently going through it then i hope it makes you feel less alone. So yeah, here's my heart haha.

Just always have it in the back of your mind. Everyone is an individual with the capability to be disloyal. Also, make sure you love yourself and put yourself first. When I heard this song, it brought me back to a place in my life years ago when I stayed with an unfaithful partner. I think this song encapsulates the feeling so well and does it so vividly. It’s ironic how they’re the ones cheating constantly and with no remorse, yet even when we’re broken up, we constantly feel guilty for being with someone else. Even though we weren’t the ones who cheated. It just goes to show how if we can feel guilt despite being faithful, how ruthless someone is when they cheat and with no remorse at all.

Bottom line is we feel like we are cheating moving on after they cheated on us is because we really loved and the one that cheated didnt at all it was a total facade a lie from the beginning. Karma is a bitch tho. Time helps the moving on process where you dont feel like your cheating anymore its been almost 7 mon for me and its gotten alot easier to date at the 6 mon but it still bothers me a little. He cheated and knocked his mistress up and this happened after he almost died in a motorcycle accident 2 yrs ago and i had to quit my career and do in home care 24 hrs a day for him he was in a hospital bed and in a wheel chair for 5 months i wiped his ass even. For a year i helped him to walk again and he cheats on me and knocks her up takes her to church twice a wk as a married man and then gets her a huge home. Yeah fuck love is what i say!

I had finally decided to stay away, my self esteem was better, had health ISSUES that were brought on from STRESS from him,& cut him out, unless he proved difff, but my Aunt has bad binge drinking AND refuses 2 show my grandparents will, estates , bank accounts left for her oldest heir,AND my deasceased mother's half,AND my share,& my greatgranmother,too left me bonds,& im thinking funds to have at certain age,.& other bonds,disapeared that i had to sign, cashing a few for vacation $$, my whole life she has kept family srcrets AND was drunk, telling me I had an annuity too!! I never knew, she said a lot I never knew until passed 2 yrs! AND I have had chest pains& stress soo much , prob silent heart attacks , she stressed my Gran into early grave in 1992, AND tried to boss my mother soooo much she had enough, Idk what toxicology sayys ,but @17,, I had intuition something life changing was about to happen, 1st my Father fell @ a local grocery,AND shattered hip& pelvis region,AND i was @ work,AND got to take off early,AND go pick my gramma up, AND rush to regional er, he had tears pouring out, it had been long enough to realize no hear trauma, snuck into room nurses AND doc were discussing sit. & begged plz ive never seen my father tears of horrible physical pain , & duh no head injury onway to er knew cause was left in produce 45 mins b4 anyone acknowledged he slipped on Their property,,so relieved him some pain, but I was worried about him staying @ bad rep. Hosp that told gramma in 90s. Idk if i put ur husband back properly durin suergery early 90's. Luckily it was outta of their realm such intricate surgery AND rushed to wayyy more professional one overnight, so I could worry y momz phn was off ringer, gramma taking care of dad, didn't wanna bother anyone coming out of town to be there for gramma,(I shoulda, & feel horrible,), but knew that something wasn't right my FRIEND stsyed night & her & I both said shes dead,in her apt. Dead, y WOULD her only sister not get fire dept., national guard kick door open, I was 17,, I would have done welfare check but didnt know , i could have done that!! I was right, I had tried to visit my father & after gonna run to find my mother,had a key,but @17, my then (abusive everway imaginable was selfish AND had baaad prob with drugs,but I didnt know cause,covered well, we were first loves,but he took some of his momz nerve medicines,& anthing else,im sure,cause he turned into raging.alchoholic, but not a drop of alcohol AND didn't take all this SERIOUSLY, so I left visting father in tractions, AND had planned on checking on mom b4 but ahole drove there& was going to leave me stressed sbout my mom,& told him night b4 days b4,& was trying to ask patients leaving he had $2000 thought he was partying, cause he thought/in an unrealistic frame of mind, & WOULD let him drive my car to go on crazy part of town to get robbed, shot, put me in danger & ask for random drugs he had never seen & overdose!! I had list of stuuff i was going to bring my father , thought I WOULD be able to leave, or ride 25 minz or least to get my mother , i knew I WOULDa been able to save her or have closure!! He refused WOULDNT shut up take me home repeatedly like a 2 yr old,AND about wrecked us. STOPPED ME FROM MY DADS NEEDED HELP, & SAVING MOM. I WAS FURIOUS WITH HIM, & CRIED SO MUCH HE DIDNT UNDERSTAND!!!!!! AROUND 2-3PM ,.2 days later maybe3, AUNTS NAME IS ON CALLER ID 2ND RING 3RD,I PICKEP UP "SHES DEAD CAME OUT" yes drunken aunt responds,I was in shock,,so I was luckily with sober boyfriend AND another couple I was close tooo, so this was 17 yrs ago, weird how aunt never said what toxicology report said , in drunken slurr said she's gone!!she'd been so mean, I COULDN'T deal with her&mom supposedly was dead around 48 hours in time frame id been trying to get her,,,to check. 1hour 15-20 to her residence,especially unfamiliar, with area & hosp dad was @ & 1 hour 15-30 minz depending on traffic, I think @ times didn't my girlfriend & I have gone see 1st night,,dad was taken to hosp., CHRIS WAS AHOLE,HE BLEW ME OFF SO HE COULD USE.SHOCKED I WAS OFF EARLY,& HE WAS AVOIDING ME, BESTFRIEND WAS 19,,ALMOST 20, IM 17, AND WE WERE WORRIED, & THOUGHT SHE SINCERELY IS WORRIED TOO , BEEN BLOWING HER ONLY SIS. I just heard this song. And its so nice to know I'm not the only one struggling to move on. Its been about 1 1/2 since we ended things. After 4 1/2 years and 2 amazing kids together we ended things.
