Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu did it for me. Always found it hard to get inspired to exercise, but the mental aspect of rolling got me addicted to being in shape, which brought my serotonin levels up. Hope this helps.

Having battled with depression in the past, the things you enjoy the most are the easiest to push away because you feel like you don’t deserve them. Fighting keeps me sane n living life in a way that is more functional, it gave me a boost that I've never experienced, it gave me a meaning to be behave! It's a way of life that kept me disaplined, covid has tested that and took a lot of it away me, but I'm still outside daily punching anything I can find, 🤣 lamposts trees doors anything obviously with gloves n in training mind set! But it keeps me alive and till the day I die I'd like to say ill be punching and being #noordinaryladybkb!

It is more significant and implies a deeper backstory if she is a regular woman because men naturally have more testosterone and therefore more aggressive.
