I know they are not a group but having shows of this sort and basically doing shows across the world would do wonders for them. They have a workout routine. A lot of musicians exercise to keep in shape and they also have a diet they stick to. They may also have a chef to cook their meals so they watch their calorie intake. Backstage, some has a buffet to have something to munch. Technically, they have the same lifestyle as a professional athlete.
