Sir, basic level pe Government schools ka halat bahut kharab ha from 1st to 8th. So there won't be any improvement in higher classes as their basic are so weak, you have to concrete the foundation rather than the higher classes. At primary and middle level schools the teachers are everything such as a peon, a data operator, a clerk, a contractor, an assistant, and a MDM feeder, the teachers don't have a sufficient time to frame even a lesson plan for their students, hence there is lot of mismanagement, unorganised and lack of concentration. Finally lack of human resources.

Education doesn't mean to kept a child day and night in a hostel. If a child is pressurised day and night to remember a book so that he can pass an exam. Is the child really developing or he feel the mental pain in such a age. If you ask a 10th class student on ground level what he think? You will come to know most of them are depressed because of the board exams. In such a age where they have to learn about the environment, culture, sports and arts by indulging in different physical activities. But they are revising the answers to clear the exams. In such a chilling environment if we force our student and teacher to stay in hostel and make the student to clear an exam by hook or crook. I think we are destroying their childhood and it will impact the student in negative manner. We are not born for competition only and it not not necessary to clear board to show the ability. I suggest everyone to give relaxation to the students as they are new to the board. Just because of funds we have not any right to destroy someone childhood and make their life miserable. Every child is not born to become doctors and engineers

@@khizir-mohd It is necessary but we have to aware the child from the early childhood. Our education sytem is not as developed as we compare to other urban cities of our country. Look at the conditions of the primary and middle schools of Kargil , most of the school of villages don't have sufficient teacher. If we prepare a student we have to prepare them from lower classes maintaining over all development rather than uselessly pressurizing the students in higher classes. You know what they feel when they fail an exam? Imagine yourself in a such a condition and think what you will do after failing at such age !

Sir, why are students being forced to stay in hotels? In many schools, the school authorities have told students that if they do not stay in hotels, their documents will not be verified for the exam or they will not give Hall ticket to them. Please ask this question if you get a chance. Also, question them about the pre-board exam results, Class IV 'is on night duty during hostel time... ?

Hostel is not compulsory for students , yes it is compulsory for teachers to stay in hostel but students are free and upto their guardian whether to stay in or not.

I know, bro, it's up to the students, but unfortunately, the school authorities are forcing them because most of the students don't want to stay in the hostel. To show higher enrollment, they are pressuring them in such a cheap way. Moreover it's not compulsory for teachers also.

Winter hostels sahi dhang se chalata toh kisi ko problem nahi hota jinab. Hostel mein aap bhi padhey ho shayad Sajjad sahab, hostel ki rooh-e-rawaan hota hai warden. Aap batayiye kisi bhi ek histel mein warden tha kya? Female students ke liye female warden tha kya? Pichley saal jaisa hostel chalega toh matlab fir se jugaad wala hostel hi chalega... Seperate hostel staff recruitment hona chahiye, itney saarey bachey education leney ke baad bhi berozgaar hai. Contractual lecturers ko is saal bina incentive ke hostel chalana pada hai. Teachers ko wardeñ bana na hai toh ek teacher ko constant duty dedo, baari baari lagata hai warden ke duty ke liye. Proper system se hi hoatel chalna chahiye warna aap councilor hazrat saari zimmedari lijiye ki kuch bhi hoga toh aap log zimmedar hoga...

The winter remedial classes prove only fruitful when it is run with hostel facilities otherwise merely teaching from 10 to 4p.m will not have good impact in the result of CBSE exams.however, concerned authorities should start only hostel facilities when they have separate warden for both male and female students.
