There the people of kargil voted for that, just before the election, Jammu and kashmir popular leader congress Umar Abdulla sir had brief conference with the media in kargil and told the public in kargil to vote either congress or NC candidate so we could demand the centre to merged Ladakh with Jammu and kashmir state.
