If you rewatch the video you'll understand the meaning of it. For all of us we needed to watch it again to fully get it. Basically what happened in the car crash was reflected in her mind all along the video through the characters. One example is the logo of the paramedics with the cross and the snake at the end. This one was introduced during the bridge of the song in the video. Also all the characters at the end of the video are the exact same ones in her mind and they do the exact same things but Lady Gaga's mind tripping and exaggerate a lot the reality to make it a fantasy. This video deserves a rewatch to be honest because the end of it (when Lady Gaga got reanimated) explains the whole video. Also I'm almost sure she dropped a video where she herself explains it. She wasn't in a car crash in real life (but she's a real good actress) but she went through crazy shits yes (she got raped and abused by a producer and she was left pregnant). And yes in real life she really took antidepressant pills "I can't see me cry ever again" is the perfect description of it. The "my biggest enemy is me, pop a 911" has several meanings like autosabotaging herself but also about bad thoughts, etc. Then "pop a 911" is the medication (as she had to emergently take it).

The song was about her antidepressant experience yes when she relied on those pills when she got ‘relapse’ cause actually her biggest enemy is herself, herself who took her down most of the time. The video was a portrayal of a dream by accident that’s happening at the end of the video. Inspired by old Armenian movie called ‘Pomegranate’ something, it’s a classic movie full of artistic visuals and storytelling, the director also directed this music video. And yes, she DID MOVIES. She appeared in ‘America Horror Story: Hotel’ and snatched Golden Globe for Best Actress. She did A Star Is Born and won an Oscar for Best Original Soundtrack and got nominated as Best Actress too. Did House of Gucci and recently ‘Joker: Folie A Deux’ which the movie was considered as flop cause massive DC fans was expecting less than regular DC action-type of movie but instead the movie itself about mental health and psychological thriller with a Joker and Harley Quinn characters in it. Tarsem Singh directed the cell, not “the color of pomegranates”, which was directed by sirgei parajanov and released in the 60s. Tarsem has taken influence from the earlier film and parajanovs other works as well. Parajanov was an Armenian gay man and was able to release parts of himself, not fully accepted in his society, through videos.

HAS SHE EVER BEEN IN A MOVIE? Oh come on guys. How did you miss the HUGE hype around her and Bradley Cooper in A Star Is Born in 2019? At the Academy Awards she was nominated for Best Actress, Bradley Copper as Best Actor, Sam Elliott as Supporting Actor, and movei for Best Picture. Lady Gaga actually won the Oscar for Best Song with "Shallow". Sine then she also starred in House of Gucci, and recently in Joker 2 - but that role will never be given proper respect because the writing, direction, and editing for that film just destroyed it. BOth she ans Joaquin Phoenix worked their asses off, but the overall movie is massive failure.
