I am soooo happy to find you Caleb! I was really looking for Zumba but mostly Zumba commercials here. Go to the y but my favorite y is 40 min away. I did 50 min of your workouts. I am 74. I love your energy you big queen. When I’m smiling I know endorphins are being released! The diversification is way better than most Zumba classes. I’m warm enough now to do some light weights.
