I think asking "why" with Lady GaGa as the topic just doesn't go together. It is because it just is. I actually liked it. I think the way she shows a typical nice singing voice and melody than throws in something off...like the near end where she sort of plays some psycho parts, is a good way to express certain things i won't go into, but it is much appreciated by me.
