I never understand the tip culture. I would understand if the tip goes for the cook who makes the food but for some people who's job is to take order and then deliver the food from kitchen. Like seriously that's worth to get tip for ? I have done all sorts of delivery jobs like deliver furniture to like 9 floor building to 9th floor and elevators dont fit the furniture so from stairs to up in the 9th floor and i never get tips for that. Giving tip to a waiter makes no sense to me at all. It's the asist job we can imagine to be and it's minimum wage too cause of that. Compare to any other minimum wage job the waitering is crazy easy. I cant even think a job that is easier then being waiter. Even tickets seller in a cinema do more work then waiters do And then give like minimum of 10% for the tip to waiter is like daylight robbery
