If she was traumatized by something and it's causing her to frequent a place that ties to just after that trauma, she might feel a hope of comfort in going yet a disappointment in her experience, and be dragging along an event from a year and a half back to the present. After 6 mos of asking on and off for a milkshake I asked the manager one day when are you getting the machine fixed. He told me there was nothing wrong with it & went over there & made one for me. He said employees hated to make a milkshake because they have to clean it every time it is used. I'm old school & I'm thinking oh in other words they have to work harder. I say managers do your job.
