I am sorry but I have to disagree. She was wearing open toed shoes and he was using a mop which has dirt on it with and possibly water who knows what cleaning chemicals and germs in it. She could very easily get infected due to his negligence especially if she has any open wounds on her feet and toes. I would be unhappy also if he is in there all over her toes while she is working. It is at the very least a violation of her personal space. Of course she over reacted by slapping him but he should have found somewhere else around the room to clean besides right on top of her.

The mop touched her slippers, it never touched her feet. Besides she should get out the office and allow him to clean. He does not have eyes under the table. Slapping someone is an assault that here in USA is tantamount to a hefty fine and/or jail time if it is repetitive. Here in USA it is not seen or heard of that an employee physically abuse another employee. She is just a secretary for crying out loud. Not even a owner, a manager or a supervisor should put their dirty hands on someone else. Outrageous and disrespectful behavior.

At the beginning she did hold up her finger which means hold on I will get to you when the phone call is finished. That's the one thing that was done correctly he could've been more patient as well and showed some respect after all she is working. If the building is not on fire don't interrupt a business call or otherwise for that matter. I'm not condoning her disrespect either, be real he was rude for talking while she's on a business call!!

Good lesson but actions, movements and actors, all too dull. The cleaner who became manager, couldn't speak like a man. He's acting was dull unlike the manager. The ending wasn't too on point with how the lady who was fired scream "you people should beg for me err". Please look at it and let the story and actions look real.
