the solution is......I wouldn't fire her...I would give her the position of an ordinary common cleaner...let her switch roles a bit with the new CEO...and I would put even more pressure on her...and treated her to more humiliation...so that she feels firsthand in to own skin...and learns to respect the people around her herself and not flatter and look down anyone... but if she doesn't like... the intended position... she can always resign...but if she resigns...so she doesn't get a job as a secretary anywhere...
