she's credited as Sylvie so I suspect it's either that Marvel are pulling a "the TVA were tricked by the Enchantress all along into thinking she was loki" or Marvel have merged Sylvie and Lady Loki into one character for the MCU (as in this Sylvie is actually a variant of Loki called Sylvie)

there are actually two Enchantresses one is named Amora and she was Loki's instructor in magic, she had a one sided crush on Thor, and she seduced Skurge the Executioner in to being her lackey the other was Lorelei, she was Amora's sister, and she already made an appearance in Agents of SHIELD Lorelei was shown to have the power to seduce men with her voice

And Evan Peters is credited as Pietro Maximoff because he played a character known as Pietro Maximoff in Wanda's hex despite being someone else outside the hex. Just like how Teyonah Paris is credited as Monica Rambeau and Geraldine, the character she played in Wanda's hex. Along with every other character within the Hex that had alternate identities.

It’s tricky to figure out who is she, in the episode when they show the different versions of Loki they were all different but kept one physical aspect the black hair, so when the variant reveal herself and she was blonde it was odd to me since all Loki’s had black hair and she didn’t, why would they made her blonde if she is essentially another Loki, it makes no sense for me. I really hope it’s just another character because I was expecting a Lady Loki with black hair.

Loki also became a woman in the Thor tie in for the original sin event where the tenth realm heaven was introduced. Loki was being Loki and decided to join the enemy. However this will probably not be what happens in the show because of how complicated it is.

Lady Loki in the comics was basically Loki possessing the body of Sif, leaving the soul of the real Sif trapped in the body of a dying woman, thankfully, Jane Foster was able to locate Sif and have Thor come to restore her before she expired, Loki then gave up on Sif's body and returned to his male form
