To apply for e-visa for Turkey, do we still need to have tourist visa from either US, UK , Ireland or Schengen area then only we can apply and get e-visa? is the Turkish embassy in New Delhi currently processing sticker tourist visa for turkey if we cannot apply for e-visa if we don't have visitor or tourist visa for US, UK, Ireland or Schengen area.

Turkey good country but biggest frauds are always targetting foreign tourists. Best is to have a local Turkish friend or business associate. A local known Turkish is very nice, friendly and literally protects his foreigner as guest proudly aswell. Most local Turkish residents are very friendly people even on streets for foreigners in particular but at airports to large hotels the dealing clerks tend to very argumentative & adamant unnecessarily. Yes street petty criminals are always targetting foreigners with scams. All in all a very good yet Turkey can be very bad, depends how alert and carefully you move around. Love Turkey, Turkish vegetarian food options & most Turkish people are lovable specially single women are more honest than most men if known to u. They guide best. Going Outside Istanbul is great to travel but only if u have a local Turkish friend or business contacts... Not worth the trouble if u have no local well wishers in Turkey. Best weather is April to Sep. Best to visit after 2025 for business. 3-5 days in Istanbul is best for touristy.
