I'm happy to finally reveal my collaboration piece for #sweetfairytales2017 This is my Lady Ursula based on the original illustration from Art of Elias Chatzoudis she is made from HotHands modeling chocolate, Simi Cakes & Confections isomalt and eye transfer sheets. I used my skull mold from www.sugargeekshop.com and Renshaw Americas fondant.

Such an incredible artist, who created cake sculptures with amazing realism. She deserved to win Halloween Wars with Mike and Christophe. Her pieces shows amazing details as she is very spatial which offers her huge advantages over her competitors . And she pays extreme attention to every details which must be flawless in consistency as possible. I enjoyed watching her compete on Halloween Wars on tv on the Cooking Channel, and was extremely thrilled when she and her team won.

Hi! I just made your LMF today for the first time and am planning to use it for painting a design on the top as well as some Lambeth-style over piping. You have said that your fondant is great because it doesn't dry out... but will it sustain the weight of overpiping?
