Regarding the Zebra they are not endangered in South Africa, especially the plains Zebra. You can hunt them easily here. I am a south African and i help hunters on hunting trips. For Africa 2.0 Map they should also consider to add Greater Kudu, Sable, Roan, Waterbuck, Impala, Eland, Nyala, Bushbuck, Black wildeebees, Reedbuck, Blesbuck, Ostrich, Red hartebeest. Just to name a few. We have a extreme big variety of animals to hunt. We have the Bush-veld animals and also the Plains animals. We actualy have areas that is over populated with Elephants. Rhinos is still endangered, But luckily we have a few Farmers that spend alot of money for security on their private land, that helps the population out. You can still get a permit to hunt Rhino in South Africa, but it is only a few a year. and it is mostly old Males that gets hunted. What People dont know about South Africa, Most of the hunting is on Private land and that is why whe have such a healthy animal population of all species. and it is thanks to proper hunting and the conservation of animals.

I think it'll never happen cause it's illegal in lot of countries here in South America due to ecological vulnerability in lot of species at these kind of ecosystem. Plus it's almost impossible to live in an Amazon Rainforest for example let alone hunt on this environment. I think EW don't wanna touch on that just like they don't create Asian maps. BUT it's just a game. They could just drop a big educational disclaimer message telling us the importance of ecological preservation and do a map like this anyway. I'd surely love it

@@marioauditore2859 it depends on how they work the story, if the story claims you are indigenous and from that specific area, it's legal in the majority of countries here to hunt even jaguar if you are indigenous from the Amazon.... But again this is just a game, and regardless of real world situations, they should still feel free to do whatever they want in the game

An Africa 2.0 would be interesting as there are a lot of antelope species in Africa. Maybe have the Big 5 there would really be the icing the cake. I have been saying we needed an Asian map (India perhaps) and there we could have tigers, leopards, sloth bears, Axis deer, Nilgai for example. An arctic map (maybe Greenland) with polar bears, reindeer, walrus, muskox to name a few.

I think doing an "endangered" Africa map would be so cool. Give some proceeds like you said but also make all the missions educational and informal on the environment/poaching. And in game stress the reserve is more of a "farm" and how you couldn't see these beauties in abundance anywhere else.

I’m not too bothered about a 2nd Africa map but most of these animals would be great to be added to the game. I said before in a comment that having a competition once a year to coincide with the annual wilderbeast migration would be amazing! The mouflon is an endangered species but we can hunt it in Cuatro Culinas. I think all the animals you have in this video are spot on, especially hyenas. It would also be great if tigers were mega aggressive!

Greetings from South Africa! Playing the game on Savannah has always stood out to me , knowing all the animals .. and to actually have hunted some of the animals irl , you can see why I would love it ! My friends and I were having a conversation the over day about what animals they should add to the game and you hit it on the nose !! Zebras , giraffes, leopards , elephants ! I’d like hippos, elephants, nilgai and baboons backfilled to vurhonga. But I’d also like a Texas map with thick cedar thickets and farm fields, with some species native to texas that are already in game, and species commonly found on exotic ranches like aoudad, oryx, nilgai, texas dall sheep, Catalina goats, and ringtail (think of a lemur on crack thats the size of a large squirrel)

I feel like a cool class 1 species would be bats. They’re apparently hunted in Africa as well and they could do some cool multi mounts with them. Fur types would be easy and it’s give you something to hunt at night. The only thing I can think for a caller is some kind of insect mimicking caller

How would an Indian subcontinent map be? We can have tigers, lions, sambhar deer, swamp deer, blackbuck, a few more deers (34 species of deer in India alone), elephants, sloth bear, sun bear, brown bear, moon bear, antelope, snow leopard, leopard, hyena, wolf, jackal, foxes and a red panda too. I am missing a lot of animals but these are enough if COTW is interested.

In addition to species I wouldn't mind a few features (tranqs, gardens, hikes, expand v new map) Tranquilizers - these would allow us to still claim trophies of species without as much worry about ethics allowing more species to potentially be added, i.e., penguins, monkeys, endangered animals etc. Perhaps they even create a "reserve" that gets stocked solely with the animals we tranq and transport / save. Hikes - I love the animals AND the natural beauty in this game, sometimes climbing mountains that may or may not be intended as such (i.e. Mt kraken). But why not show it off more? Create small paths with no purpose or pay off beyond the views? Maybe there could be an (in-game) financial incentive for summiting mountains and taking photos as "promotional material" for that reserve. Also, perhaps they add the option to hang photos in lodges? Gardens - Expanding on lodges and potential incentive for hikes, could be gathering plants unique to that reserve/region/biome/altitude, etc. These we could then plant inside/outside at the lodges. Expansion v maps - At some point it'll get tough to add new maps that don't feel too redundant. Perhaps then, their new maps are instead just map-sized expansions of a pre-existing reserves?

There are so many options for animals and Maps. South America jungle, South Pole, Africa 2.0 Animals: Elefant, Giraffe, Gorilla (why not. Imagine shooting a silver back), jaguar, caiman, tapir, hippo, Pinguine, Tiger, polar bear, and so on Don’t even start with paradise birds, what about big bats … so many. What just hit my mind, how would be a pre historic map with the real big game 🙈🙈 So many ideas within 5min 😂👍 I hope this game will be supported for a couple years!!

I agree with you 100%. Although the species is endangered it’s just a game and you pretty covered all the one I want added except for just one. The cheetah would be an epic and challenging one to add. You would have to be very careful to hit a good shot or else they could use there speed to either attack you or to run a very far distance.

I think with elephants, make them dangerous of course. But make so you could only use the 700 express (since it's an elephant gun) be the only weapon to take them. Also make it so only to less than a hundred yards be an effective kill. As for endangered species I think adding them to the game would be a bonus since, speaking as an irl hunter, these are our dream hunts but we know we cannot hunt them IRL so it would be a great passion and might bring in more people to the game

Also, all those animals (even endangered one with govt permit or on private ranches) can legally be hunted. These animals could be something special in game, with permits needed, or make them a special mission. So many options there that EW and we the players are losing out on. That actually reminds me of the fact that profits from legal trophy hunting (as it requires a payment to a government agency for the hunt to be allowed) are mainly used to fund the preservation of the species hunted. From hiring more wardens to convincing farmers to set aside land to allow those species to live on that land (in exchange for a payment upon releasing those animals from that land if I remember right, so that encourages the farmers to protect them)

one time in the Denver zoo I was looking at a Bengal tiger cub about the size of a large dog ...as I knelt in front of the enclosure which was a wall of plexiglass ..no bars .. the mom came in and walked right up to the glass ..I was 6 feet tall and she was taller ..I felt like a mouse approached by a house cat I had to back away ...large and dangerous game would be awesome ...also elephants and polar bears ..we would need some new maps for some of these

I see no harm in adding endangered species to maps, like you said they are pixels after all and the idea of donating the game proceeds to funds like World Wildlife Fund would be a bonza idea! As for animals I'd like to see added to the map, a couple have already been mentioned, the musk ox and zebra, but I also wouldn't mind seeing other animals like burro(Wild or feral donkey) or even wild Mustangs added. I'm a sucker for the exotic animals. Speaking of which, why not olive baboons added to African species? I would love to see maybe a Congo map added as Africa 2.0. Also, a little fun fact about hyenas(which I find adorable btw and would also love to hunt in the game), about their jaw strength, they have such a strong jaw in order to eat bones and other tough material, they have enzymes in their stomachs strong enough to break down such materials. Truly remarkable animals.

I honestly think that a trapping system would be a cool addition. Baited traps might work like a need zone, similarly in how trash bins work as a need zone for raccoons in Mississippi acres. I remember back in the day that people were begging for bear or deer feeder lures.

I think Razorback wild boar and ocellated turkey and Navajo four horned rams. Maybe stone sheep also I think since there's two different sub species of elk in game they should do it for moose too. Alaskan moose are the largest and I think shiras are the smallest.

To navigate the moral dilemmas of hunting endangered species, it would be cool to see a hunting game that takes place in the late 19th century. All weapons and techniques would be pre-1900(one guy hunted jaguars in South America almost exclusively with a spear). Could recycle some of the maps, use some of the same animals while sprinkling in animals that are extinct/highly endangered. Outposts would be more scarce but maps would have other means of transport that would be more used than the quad. Horses, mules, elephants(especially for tigers)were often used when hunting during that time. Maybe some boats to navigate rivers.

I would like to see Tigers added to like a sanctuary and there’s like a mission: the mission would be the tigers got out so You The hunter would have to tranquilize and find a way to get them back into the sanctuary and since you did that you would get awards as there would be Poachers the poachers would try to oof the tigers with traps and other stuff so you would have to save the tigers and stop the poachers from oofing the tigers and disable the traps and put them somewhere where the police could come and find the evidence also I love you’re videos keep the great work❤!🎉

Instead of fearing the endangered species in a game, they can add the animal in game with some awareness project being added. Some missions could lead you to do things and visit certain locations where the narrator teaches you why they are endangered. They could then add a 10% profits (from the DLC sale) that ends up being given to a charity in that field.

As far as things like Tigers go, I’m pretty sure I’ve heard somewhere that the devs don’t plan on adding any animals that can’t be legally hunted in real life. But if that is the case that means the Tiger is the only animal on the list that can’t be added. All of the others have a chance because even things like Elephants and Rhinos are legally hunted in limited numbers in locations where they have healthy populations. I’d honestly love to see all of these animals added to the game except the tigers with some new mechanic for the true giants like elephants. Like maybe a class 10 added for them and the need to get very close to get a clean kill. There is still so much they can do with this game and o hope the devs keep at it!

I'm not gonna lie, I've been thinking about an COTW Asian map for a bit, like..imagine hunting a Snow Leopard, Asian Elephant, Komodo Dragon, etc. Plus, half of the terrain for the Asian map could be tundra like and the other half could be Jungle or Rainforest.

In Africa, I would also like to see freshwater crocodiles, gazelles, aardvarks, okapis, meerkats, cheetahs, impalas, gerenuk and ostrich. The African animals in this video, the animals I just mentioned and the animals already in vurhonga savanna might be a lot, although revontuli coast has 19 species. It would be great to have all these species all in vurhonga or another African map

i want another arctic map in Greenland, with polar bears, musk oxen, caribou, arctic hares, arctic foxes, and king eider, and my favorite thing there would be walrus, probably a lot more animals there though

I know it's not very ethical but he'll even put gorillas on the map. A diamond Silverback would be epic. A guy even shot one in the early 1900's that stood 6 foot 6 inches tall.

Hopefully no one would have a problem with hunting endangered species in a game when there are so many games where you can shoot people and even house pets like GTA. The more animals in Call of the wild the better.

Polar Bears on an arctic map (Greenland, so as not to add yet another North America map) would be No. 1! With the addition of seals! Seals should then only have rest times on the ice, as they would be under water for drink and eat times.

Wolverines to Revontuli and Medved is a must add 😤 Tigers, gorillas, monkeys and apes, rhinos, polar bear, kodiak bear... Maybe something like jaguars and leopards / panthers. EDIT: Also walrus, etc. would be awesome. Hyeenas are a must add, as well ("wolves of savanna") I think that we really need a map with jungle. That would be an insanely challenging environment.

The bingos in European and Australia maps level two or three and Asia map, the animals are the clouded leopard, the golden eagles because there are no birds of prey in the game and hog noes badger, sloth bear, the tiger(great one too), the king cobra, the water buffalo, the mongoose, and the panda(great one too).

I think an indian map would be awesome with tigers, leopards, rhinos, asian elephants, rhesus macaques, some deers and antilopes, peacocks, crocodiles, gaurs and maybe monitor lizards, foxes and some ducks. I think india would be a very good map with rainforest, coast lines, mangroves and grass lands.

I would love elephants in this game it was be so fun to hunt them when I first bought Savanah I was so disappointed when their were no elephants but Cape buffalo made up for it
