Def happened to me twice. Both times as soon as I triggered a bonus, and even stayed frozen. Luckily after the attendant rebooted the game, it put me right back into the bonus tho

Happened to me once in korea (smaller establishment) and once in AC on 100 bet. Literally felt shammed and the funny thing was you could see the needed orbs just like yours.

Malfunctions Void All Pays And Plays as I was told by the casino manager when my White Orchid bonus spins glitched out. The machine froze and turned off. Two slot attendants could not turn it back on again. Lost any wins I had as well any losses on the machine. The casino had to pay me out from my past play up that machine.

That wasn’t a scam….those last 2 reels were still active…..you can see by how the reels have that up and down motion….the 2 bonus spots weren’t locked in that space at the glitch time….

I dont think the bonus was going to trigger in the first place. Looks like the last two gems were in the of flying past the reels but the game froze midway. The $1250 ball in particular you can tell was too far down the reel to have landed. Still really shitty though
