I always try to tell cynical people who question why Michael would hang out with kids and have sleepovers , watch interviews of him when he was a teenager. He wasn't like other people, he was always extremely pure and innocent and because he was the most famous man on planet earth at his peak, an unconventional and sheltered lifestyle necessarily comes with that. He loved kids because they were like him and he wanted to compensate and have fun for all the time as a kid he spent working to become the legend he is. The truth and purity of who he was is not something the world gets to see very often, we were lucky to have him.
