"Men...they will accept crumbs. They will accept disrespect. Contempt. They will consume it and reframe it as love and validation in their own minds. Men deprioritize and devalue themselves. They demean and sacrifice themselves instead of respecting and valuing one-self" Happiness will never come to those who neglect to appreciate what they already have" Thank you and I am very grateful for all your words of wisdom dear brother. The safest option for men is to abstain from all sexual desire and to "go their own way". We must not become slaves to our own lusts and cravings. Any vain interaction with women will be at the cost of your honor and dignity as a man.

I'm letting go of my last childhood friend. Needed some stoic and buddhist principles of desire and detachment tonight. Although I've practiced for over a decade now, it's always work going against your mammalian instincts and drives. But most of them certainly are irrational in today's environment. Thank you, Spetsnaz.

Scottsdale, Arizona has an environment just like this....Older dudes keeping a sugarbaby on hand at 10k a month. All the while she searches for an even better and wealthier Simp to pay her bills. The internet and cell phones have destroyed women. Timmy C Arizona

That doesn't sound cheap at all, I thought the benefit of Thailand was the $40 all inclusive special... For 10k a month I could buy 3 new sex dolls every month 😛

It is impossible to try to stop desiring. When you try you find that you are desiring to not desire. Instead focus on gratitude. I love buhdist philosophy and listening to lecture by Alan Watts. It has helped me immensely.

This reminds me of my experience when I had traveled and left my home city by will. But it was not for pleasure, it was for a job that I thought was my goal for a long time, only to quit 6 months later and fall into my worst depression. Then I moved to another city, again! To start anew and I started getting into philosophy more (specifically, stoicism) and started learning more and rediscovered many things about the world but most importantly about myself. I started journaling and became more aware of where I am mentally than physically. I am home now after years of living away from all the familiarity... I still have goals, but they don't dictate my inner state. I work to be better than yesterday and I try to be more aware within and without, in the most serene way possible. Thanks for the insights, Spetsnaz. I really appreciate it. Keep on trucking...

2:58 - “We accept the love we think we deserve… Men will accept crumbs, disrespect and contempt, then construe and reframe it as love and validation in their own minds. Men deprioritize and devalue themselves. They spend their whole lives trying to prove that they are worthy of a woman’s love. They do this by demeaning and sacrificing themselves, instead of respecting and valuing themselves. The man has a narrative in his head where he sees himself as the hero in his own story. He trusts his inner voice [to be] his guide. But, as an elder Thai monk once pointed out to his student, sometimes your inner voice is talking from your rear end.” 14:07 - “The only romantics left in western society are men, and they are their own worst enemy… Men cling on to romantic notions for dear life, as if it were a sinking ship.” 16:20 - “[Some men] long for the past. Many of these men feel cheated, that they didn’t experience love from a woman, that they didn’t get enough sex, that they weren’t desired or respected enough, were never appreciated. They long for a better time when they had a taste of these things. They’re always looking back, never letting go... They refuse to let go.” 24:07 - “A man only ever discovers himself when he strips himself down to the essence of who he IS, not what he believes himself to be, nor what others perceive him to be or expect him to be. As Dr Seuss would say, ‘[Now you are you, and that is truer than true.]’” Thank you Spetsnaz for being the much needed mirror for our minds, that we may be able to see ourselves. Keep the gems of wisdom coming!

So glad you are back. You and huMAN caused my eyes to be opened to women and the manipulation games years ago. The lessons in this video should be taught to every teenage male. Young men have a very dark future by my best guess. We can open their eyes and change things. Keep the videos coming.

Academy of Ideas dropped a video recently that you might derive some benefit from listening to titled, "How to Escape Mediocrity and Mental Illness - The Road Less Traveled." I assure you that a man's position in a woman's pecking order is axiomatic and universal. I bought a canine companion, a puppy, recently and the same woman, working in a pet friendly retail store, who saw me as a potential security threat a few weeks before, absolutely gushed at his puppy pictures and my description of having to hand feed and water the dog until it was brave enough to eat from a bowl. As Colttaine would say when confronted with this objective reality, "It's a human problem."

[Co-worker ever-seeking entertainment at others' expense asked, _do you believe in one-nite stands?_ Words have power, I can parse sense, and appreciate a question. Yet, he doesn't notice the flaw inherent in the question on the path to seeking short-term ecstacy rather than purpose or enlightenment! In his view, I must be an oddity or radiating ghey-vibes, I suppose, as I insist on doctor's bloodwork-testing before going in-and-out headfirst! Life can be temporary if one is too caught up in appearances or it can be lived in enjoyment of fulfilling goals and achieving attainable contentment in the long-term! I understand control and self-mastery, the rub is executing it! Work in progress here! Semper Mgt♂️w!😎👍🏼]

The question I ask myself from time to time is: Am I already on the shore? Can I leave the raft? Thats because I can't define what the shore feels like. It can be hard to tell, it's fleeting. What if the moment I stop putting effort I find myself drowning in the river again? I can never be sure and so there is always doubt. Thank you for the video man. You've reminded me of something, I just hope it doesn't go to waste, but that's up to me I guess.
