Is the hollowcore grouting the finished floor level? Or another layer of reinforced concrete will be poured across the slabs ?

Typically a 2" pump screed is applied as the final floor finish once all the walls are up, pending the clients final use requirements for the building.

For finished floors a poured topping is required. Roof applications typically do not require topping. Reinforcing in the topping is only required for certain applications.
