Enter the FBI. They track down two brothers with a grudge against the government. In a wild twist, the younger brother accidentally kills his older brother during the escape, and the manhunt ends with the younger hiding in a boat.

This reminds me of the London Bombing that happened in the noughties, my aunt alikuwa amekutana na some weird dudes wakiwa wanakaa suspicious in the subway, walikuwa wanauliza maswali kuhusu buildings na kujaribu kujua gani hukuwa na wasee mob.
