The War Dogs - Headline Hitters 8 Ep 1

This video is about two young men, David Packouz and Ephraim Diveroli, who got a contract with the US government to supply military equipment in 2005. They were able to get the contract even though they were young and had no experience and they don't always follow the rules. They cheated by repackaging bullets to hide where they were made from and shipping them in a way to save money. Eventually they were caught and arrested.
