I remember this day jamani... Jan 2005.Cheruiyot was our wall to wall neighbor in Zimmermann mirema.the first blue gate was ours apo place kulifunguliwa kwanza Na my mum io ingine next ilikua yake. The guy was very reserved. I remember one time tulikua tunacheza ball kwa compound yetu Na my bro we were kids,,, then accidentally ikaruka kwake tu kapanda wall tukamwona apo akosoma gazeti. He was kind enough to pass it though. Io siku alikutwa kwake the police first raided our home ndo Sasa wakaingia kwake they literally took kila kitu kwa nyumba yake. We were so traumatized io siku Ata the reality of being neighbors with the most wanted criminal and how Hao polisi wote waliingia kwetu Na fujo my mum aliogopa pia. Yani till date hatuezi sahau io day. My mum needs to see this😅 Traumatic memories. RIP to Cheruiyot.
