I had given up on the possibility of anyone today coming close to what I and many modern music fans consider the magnum opus progressive work of the 20th Century, "The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway" by Genesis (1974). My first listening to 'Re:member' was like being shot through a portal to that album's most soul searing moments, and to return there I shed tears- of remembrance and of thankfulness. Thankfulness in the knowledge that, after all, Arnalds to is voyaging to that next horizon...of insight, beauty, wisdom, epiphany and transformation...and just in time...
