Finally I found the same situation as I had. Game freezes immediately then comes back again and it lags so hard like about 10-15 fps I guess (I've played on a 1 GB RAM Phone for 3 years and used to play LAN) Your processor might be bad (I had Helio G35) that's why we had that issue. Whenever you're in your single player world or in a server, you're still experiencing sudden game freezes.

They Fixed this problem in 1.21.30 currently i am playing beta the lag spike is now less frequent and hangs for around half a second which wont affect gameplay

This really is one of the most frustrating things ever because for example I will be maybe 10 or more blocks away from a creeper and literally every single time there's a mob nearby I will have a 4 to 5 second freeze and then the next thing I know I'm either dead or to grab a damage from something or if the creepers far away it just instantly appears next to me and explodes

for me it’s the servers and sometimes it freezes my game up to a minute, everyone is just stationery and breaking blocks is weird. When I was playing bedwars, this shit happens and everyone froze, I was like: “why no one moving” then I tried to break the enemy’s bed and it was broken but ppl was still frozen and I was kinda scared so like, I thought the server was like rebooting or something but no, it froze for a solid 1 minute. Then after that, everyone went back to normal, I was also teleported back to where i was when the server froze, the enemy’s bed was also not broken and it was like the past repeating itself. The server I was playing is Nethergames btw and it’s not laggy or anything but it just happened

I use redmi pad se with 8gb ram, it plays smoothly up to 90fps, but then out of nowhere its just freeze spikes. It works if i put render distance to 6 chunks but that for me is not optimal to play at

Ive been having lagspikes soo much that in my resent survival world i died while fighting a blaze cuz of the spikes instead of mojang fixing the performance of bedrock fix all bugs to make the game playable and releasing a performance update mojang only cares about the marketplace and micro transaction on bedrock. I think there's no way to fix this except Mojang itself Even if you used all Settings on low 1pixel texture No particles Turn off mobile data or wifi No background apps running You'll still gonna get it sometimes, it's just straight from 60 fps down to 0 So yeah, we just hope Mojang knows about this issue, because it's annoying. Sometimes if you play in server, it's just going to close the game.
