If Saturn is debilitated in 3rd house conjuct with jupiter , getting aspwct from mars in 9th house and Venus is in kendra 7th house.....Saturn is exalted in Navamsha in libra.........so is this a simple neech bhang or neech bhang rajyoga? I have the same planetary positions in my Kundli, but Saturn is with the Sun in Mesha Rashi, and Mars is in Makara Rashi in the Navamsha Kundli. This forms Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga and Parivartana Raja Yoga.

Not really. You need to look at Vimsopaka Bala which is calculated based on several charts. Just looking at D9 and pnicking or getting excited may not be wise. Read BPHS for full details.
