I have to admit that the interior and exterior designs of Thailand's residences, resorts, hotels are quite high-end and equipped with all the amenities. Including the materials used, it is considered usable. Compared to neighboring countries of Thailand with the same prices that I have been to or seen on KZbin channels. 😊😊👍🎉🎊

This is just me, but long term beach side living on the Andaman Sea side is off limits for me, it must be on the Gulf of Thailand side for me...Koh Samui, Hua Hin, Pattaya, Krabi...you get the point. Why? 2004 Christmas Day Earthquake and the Tsunami which destroyed many/most of the Thailand resorts on the Andaman sea side. Thanks but no thanks.

Are you expanding your real estate empire beyond Bangkok?
@globaltravelmate3 ай бұрын
Hi Dale, we actually get quite a few questions from our existing clients about other locations in Thailand, this is just to inform them and show some of the possibilities and off course if we can connect the right people it will be great. But we are surely not going to open an office in Phuket :-)

I can think of much better ways to spend $1,400,000.00 USD! But, kudos to you, if you enjoyed some kind of commission on these properties.
@Raulsta19853 ай бұрын
Yes these prices are truly ridiculous. Even if you slashed them by 50% they would be over priced.... They will just become another Air BnB rental/vacant.
@BirdDog.3 ай бұрын
You obviously don’t know the price for real estate in Thailand, especially beach front. 300k gets you a shoebox, this is over 2000 sq ft
@calky3603 ай бұрын
@@BirdDog. It is still a condo and doesn't even have beach view... that sort of money would you get you a pretty amazing house in Bangkok, this clearly is just price gauging wealthy tourists/expats, but hey, if they can sell them at that price, then why wouldn't they right.

You can own a condo which is part of a project. A house normally is on a piece of land and owning that straightout is not possible. There are constructions with owning a Thai company where it is possible to buy a house. Here in Phuket they many times use the Leasehold construction.

All I see when I watch this video are images of the 2004 tsunami that early morning on December 26th...the beaches of Phuket suddenly become 2 KM wide as the water was sucked out to sea and, an hour later, the violent surge of the water coming back 4 times as fast, and 10 times more powerful, crushing, smashing everything, and obliterating everyone and everything in it's path on an otherwise gorgeous, quiet. sunny Boxing Day morning. Those resorts that you rode by that are 20 years old...those are the only resorts that survived that horrific, unforgettable disaster that early morning the day after Christmas, nearly 20 years ago. I am so so glad that Phuket has recovered fully from that horrific event. It's wonderful to see it so well developed now. It was, perhaps, the most terrifying event I've ever seen occur on this planet, and I was watching safely from my 3rd floor apartment Christmas night in Los Angeles, less than about 7 blocks from the Pacific Ocean, completely heartbroken at what I was seeing occur on television. Those people all along the beach resorts that day stood almost no chance for survival, nor did the people who were still asleep in their beds, since the waves were 10-30 meters high. The new construction is compact, but elegant and tastefully furnished.
