The City of Santa Rosa is a 1st class component city in the province of Laguna, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, its population was 414,812 people.
It is the second largest local government unit in Laguna after Calamba.
Santa Rosa was initially known for the Coca-Cola and Toyota manufacturing plants in its industrial estates. It later became popular as the site of local theme park Enchanted Kingdom and several housing and commercial developments.

Nuvali lang talaga talaga yong medyo nagpapaano sa Laguna although maraming factory...yong mode of transporatation din medyo ala pa...yong mga daan maliit pala except sa expressway. Pero ang hitsura talaga ala pa eh...hinde fancy ang hitsura ng Laguna

Yep, di siya kagaya ng Cavite and Rizal na may malalaking highways. Yan din napansin ko. Although may Nuvali naman ang Sta Risa

Ganyan ang hitsura ng Pilipinas. Ng mga town proper ng Pilipinas. Kung hinde pa sa mga private developer, walang Ayala Makati, walang Entertainment Bay city, walang BGC, Ortigas, Filinvest Alabang, Cebu IT park, Megaworld Iloilo, Nuvali, Vermosa.. Kahit pasukin mo poblacion ng Bacoor, Imus, Taytay, Cainta ganyan ang hitsura.. Even yang metro Manila..Bisitahin mo Pinagsama Taguig, Putatan Muntinlipa, Tondo Manila, Pembo, Rembo, Pinagbuhatan Pasig, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Novaliches, etc....ganyan ang hitsura..

Yong GDP2x na measurement wala talaga yan hanggang papel lang yan eh...hinde nagagamit tsaka yong negosyante lang may profit sa products na binibenta...infrastucture talaga nagpapaganda sa lugar coupled with good transporataion system...good roads, education system, healthcare system..tsaka yong mga fancy na structures or buildings ang nagpapaano sa lugar na masasabi mo developed talaga...pero dito medyo nagsisimula palang
