This is all about Meat & Heat!!!! The Lamb marinade was simple yet very spectacular - authentic recipe from The Middle East. I also admire the idea of grilling in the oven which gives it a nice, bbq type look....Also adding the Mutton stock to the rice is what I always do and it gives that amazing aroma of the Mutton BTW, is stroking the Lamb with saffron necessary?? Yummyy.....
