Ginger - 100 gm
Garlic Cloves - 100 gm
Green chillies - 150 gm
Turmeric powder - 1.5 tsp
Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
Black peppers -1/2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds -1/2 tbsp (optional)
Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Dry mango powder -1.5 tbsp
Carom seeds (ajwain)- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Mustard oil -1 cup
