राजस्थानी लहसुन का अचार​ - Rajasthani Garlic Pickle recipe in Marwadi

INGREDIENTS:
लहसुन का अचार​
लहसुन - १ कप (१६५ ग्राम​)
सोंफ़ - १ चम्मच​
मेथी दाना - २ चम्मच​
राई (सरसों) - ३ चम्मच​
खाद्य तेल - १/२ कप (१२५ ml)
हींग - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
कलोंजी - १ चम्मच​
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - २ चम्मच​
हल्दी पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच​
नींबू का रस - २ चम्मच​
सिरका - २ चम्मच​

Gralic Pickle
Garlic - 1 cup (165 gram)
Fennel seeds - 1 table spoon
Fenugreek seeds - 2 table spoon
Mustard seeds - 3 table spoon
Edible Oil - ½ cup (125 ml)
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Nigella Sativa - 1 table spoon
Red Chilli powder - 2 table spoon
Salt - 1.5 table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 table spoon
Vinegar - 2 table spoon
