Merhaba, kanalını yeni buldum. I'm a cook from all over the world but primarily Indian food especially street food which happens to be my favourite no matter where it's from. I'm very familiar with Turkish cuisine and make lamacun fairly regularly :-) . So I make it with Lamb as I prefer it to beef and I do it on a baking steel under the grill it's fabulous. I prefer this to pizza as it's easier to make and packs a lot more flavour plus it portable like my Indian street food dishes. Subscribed

You're beautiful and I tried this recipe for the first time last week and it came out very good. My brother was happy with it as well since we have both traveled to Turkey and this tastes like the one we had in Istanbul/Constantinople. Edit I also used less meat than you did because it was too heavy the other way

@@krystelbouabjian6080 Just because it's an Arabic dish doesn't mean it can't be a Turkish or Armenian dish also. It clearly exists in all these cultures' cuisines and form a part of their culture. It's a Arabic, Turkish and Armenian dish. No point in trying to pinpoint one nation in order to exclude others from claiming to have that dish in their culture, cultural interactions exist it's only possible that all the ethnic groups that share the dish "Lahmacun" shared cultural elements between themselves that came to originate the dish itself in the first place.
