Not even lying, I genuinely don't see what's wrong with that response. Are you trying to make a point by pointing that out ? About 90 to 99% of guys that come up with that as their first phrase to a girl they've never seen before are gonna try to either date or fuck them, or at least they're gonna try to get a number to fuck them later, you obviously don't say that to just make a casual friend. There are not a lot of guys like LAHWF who would say this just for a youtube video. If you get asked that by a friend maybe it won't be with the same idea in mind, but if it's a guy you don't know and you're an attractive girl yourself, you can be almost sure he wants to either date you or fuck you, hence why a smart girl has to be clear and not give him fake hopes, even if he might, just might look for something else.
