Being a German band(Opus, not Laibach), has censorship gotten that bad? I remember the idea that the German government wanted to delete the runes off landmarks. Like Egyptians did records of dynasty leaders. The runes(at least some) go back to early indo-European times. Some are in Sanskrit yet. In Scandanavia, obviously. It's like putting every country's history books related to World War II together and realize the parts deleted in each country. Madness.

This is a genius rendition by itself, but one needs to listen to the radically different original version by Opus to fully understand what Laibach did and meant here.
