Yess to the part about King putting his foot down and handling the situation as a man. But what we see is that King has a pattern. He stated way back when that he was overwhelmed with all his responsibilities as a man. That one day he woke up and boom everything was on him. Also, people are not even interested in the party most likely because one of the guest showed the whole thing on another platform.
