I totally agree. They're fraudsters at the end of the day. There are TV shows (mostly on the Beeb) that run stories about online cons and such. I think it's about time that they turned their attentions to YT channels like L&B's and warned people about how they can be tricked. @@kassibullfrog6023 hey kassi its wasnt an email helping them or offering advise, i asked them for comment on there stance on the for entertainment purposes for an upcoming video, there was a clip of ben ranting which after i pointed it out in the email and said id assume this as there stance if i didn't hear from them and it disappeared, i commented on there community post today asking where it went and what there stance was to give them an opportunity to have there say, which they pretty much brushed under the carpet . i may do a debunking video in the future on them but feel beardo and the rest of the gang have covered most aspects really well, but ill never say never as i can always put the haunted hut twist on it

I accidentally worsened my husbands mental health when I was in a psychotic episode because I was convinced I was being gangstalked and my husband genuinely got paranoid about it because of how anxious I was, and the fact I sent someone else down a dark path for a while has haunted me ever since. I feel so guilty about it although I couldn't help it. how these people can intentionally deceive others and sleep at night is completely incomprehensible to me, I still feel terrible about my mistake 3 years later. been in the hospital the past week (home now), thanks for keeping me company while I was there. hearing you chatting away while I was laid up in bed alone was really comforting. hope you and Mrs geek are doing well!

Great video, feel so sorry for the person you are mentioning and how this has impacted on their mental health and finances. Can i just say, this is a form of financial abuse when targeting those who are vulnerable and in a position where they are easily manipulated. There will be many more who are in the same boat and this is really concerning. I do feel this should be reported to the police so it can be logged how L&B are taking advantage of people. This would also mean they can be investigated and hopefully added to the POVA list and this will then be visible on any DBS check as i certainly wouldnt want them round my children (or adult/friend in a vulnerable position to be taken advantage of) and am sure many would feel the same way. Your handling of the content goes to show how genuine you are and how you care for society as a whole not just your community and I applaud you for that. Keep doing what you do its appreciated.

Respect to you buddy for having the moral courage to do what is right. It takes way more courage to do that than it takes to have physical courage in my opinion. Very often we are thrown into situations that require physical courage as in conflict or confrontation or when immediate unlawful violence is perpetrated on us. That's instant reaction and almost knee jerk in its nature. I know you know that, and few of us experience it in the real world. What you did, sets you apart in many ways and it's instantly recognisable to those who see it. Look at all the comments below past and present. Blainey always seemed a little sketchy to me, I'd see them on top 5 channels and although I don't have the debunking skills you do, I was always thinking, "Naw" I'm glad to see you guys all getting the truth out, I grew up in a house that had odd things happen pretty regularly but not daily, or every second of every day. As always, kind and considerate to this poor woman and I truly hope she gets the professional help she needs. The NHS might be ‘on it’s knees’ but mental health care is excellent and there is no need to worry about one’s employer or colleagues ever knowing. As a Nurse in the UK in my late 20’s are needed help to and understand peoples concerns. However, because I am me and very open with a still taboo subject; I was completely open with everyone - not all were over caring but so many were! The support from my managers and colleagues was equally as healing and surprising in the pre-historic 80’s😉. Another wonderful ‘take down’ with a politeness and aplomb I could never do! She has grounds to take them to small claims court under trading standards and GET HER MONEY BACK! Might give her closure and she doesn’t need a solicitor just £40-£80 application to small claims, (if she is in full employment) they would either be forced to pay it back or PROOVE in court their ghosts are real because she paid under those circumstances it is very a straightforward process It is these very instances that will force KZbin to remove monetisation for paranormal channels It’s a very quick online U.K. court process to apply and she is the template for what I tried to tell them was coming, she deserves her money back. I AM NOT A SOLICITOR NOR IS THIS LEGAL ADVICE but I will happily represent her in small claims free of charge and help her fill the forms out, I can even put her in touch with someone from trading standards that will help her if she prefers to speak to them

@@beardogetsscared anytime, the price of the application depends on how much she has paid them over time but that money can also be recovered through the money owed to her because it is impossible for those two parasites to win her in court (100% impossible.) They based their ghosts on digital evidence and you have tore apart practically every video, a district judge will probably not even let this go to court it is that laughable because this lady has so much evidence to prove they faked it and have been financially grooming people, their best course (lainey and Ben) would be to make her an offer to her based on the total or just pay the full amount back to her but and she doesn’t have to speak to them through email she can appoint someone to act for her, but she then needs to ask for her money back first from them (🤣pre action protocol, what they made up and said was someone legally threatening them) Basically saying you want something from them or it goes to court in her case money back! Then if that fails she just fills out the online small claims application A mediation team from the small claims court will then contact both parties to see if this can be settled without wasting public money in a court of law and a judges time At that point it becomes an easy matter of just making a point that it is very straightforward they faked ghosts using digital FX (putting the sPeCiAl in special FX) and groomed her into believing they had real ghosts and that was real evidence and all she has to do is ask them if those ghosts and videos are real or did they fake them and because this is a legal matter they cannot lie (well they would have to be very stupid to) and risk a judge seeing it all as that is why she paid them. The mediation team will look at this in pure disbelief that those two clowns think this is in any way legal or a morally acceptable practice and because ALL paranormal services (entertainment or otherwise) is covered under the same act that I constantly bang on about (consumer protection act) which says their language must be clear (so no “for entertainment” crap) and the mediation team will basically say “pay her back or the judge will eat you alive here” And if lainey and Ben have at least one brain cell between them they will give her money back before they actually end up sharing a cell 😉 TO THE BURNER ACCOUNTS (that means you Jenny) and to lainey and Ben cultists this is not legal advice it is me pointing out what I would do in her place. Wow this is so sick and twisted. I came to this video after seeing the most recent video regarding the Simply Strange account. I had no idea how awful Ben is. To the victim in this (i doubt youl see this but IF you do), i recently lost my dad. I know the pain and the need to latch onto something as to not lose them again. Just because these nitwits are fake does not mean your loved one is not with you. For me, i feel my dad when listening to Sublime and when Three Little Birds randomly starts playing (he used to sing it to me when i was little). I hope you are doing better and have found peace in this crazy and cruel world.

If there's one thing that Lainey and Ben should know about mental health is it's not all the same. I have depression and anxiety issues, a friend of mine has other issues. The difference between us is I'm quite chilled but my friend will unfortunately make people disappear. If Lainey and Ben pick on the wrong person it might end up being the last thing they do. This is not a threat, this is how it is. I used to watch a paranormal team who after watching this video are exactly the same as these two, where spirit meets science john sixsence and his foul mouthed wife jojo, these two also pray on the vulnerable and actually go so low to belittle the disabled, I wish they would own up also to their very obvious fakery, no one can get paranormal activity at every place they investigate, but according to these two they do every single night. Addition to go with my previous post. When these bad thoughts or emotions come on you, immediately yell STOP! either out loud or in your head. This will interrupt the brain from taking you down a road you don't need to travel. Next, instantly say again in your head or out loud. "Now GO find me something beneficial to think about and DON'T come back until you DO!! So it goes like this. "STOPT! Now GO find me something beneficial to think about and DON'T come back until you DO!" You must be firm and you must do it every time the thought train arrives at the station, your head. This is a tip I learned and it will and does work. I also see it as a way to deprogram your mind from "evil things" programming you to do things you shouldn't, couldn't, wouldn't do yourself as the beautiful person you are.
