Thank you, I love this. I'm 68 years old and I've always wore my hair long, it's a pretty, all natural platinum blond (thank you dad, he had white hair) I love to wear it up, can't wait to try this

I have thin hair...I find that after I wash it, and I spray a little dry shampoo on mine (or use a bit of hairspray), I get the desired results. And it took me a while to proactice to get it right. I had short hair all my life until just a few years ago...and I find this hairstyle, along with other braid styles, to be very nice for very hot weather. Keep practicing everyone!

Thank you! I've been trying to figure out how to do this and your tutorial really helped. Twisting the strands away from your face then crossing over did the trick. Thanks a bunch.

I was trying to find an easy hair-do to do for picture day and the ones that I had looked at took forever. But when I came across yours, it literally took me like 3 minutes. Thanks for your videos!

It looks so easy but I'm really not able to do so. It's way too hard for me. I always lose the strands and everything falls apart.

your trick worked on me ! You succedd on diverting me on your annoying videous ....., luckly , for no more than 1 minute. You're sooo lucky ,that you're already married ! Pooor guy ... I advice you on consulting your dentist , in order to reduce the lower cusps angle, they look aggresive, like the barking dogs teeth...

Gorgeous, I have super long hair, just a few inches shy of my waist, think this will work or should I stick to a braid rather than a rope to use up more "volume" in my hair?
@ElanaRose7 жыл бұрын
I did it! Went with a braid and pancaked it out a bit extra to take up some more room. Got a bunch of compliments.

Can I even do that with medium hair (length of your shoulder)??
@eileencheung34594 жыл бұрын
yes you can! How to do it: section off your hair from the middle and all the way to the back of your head and do one side and then do the other side then the two rope ends you can tuck it into the braid or pin it in where there is a little space Hope this helped u

@@eileencheung3459 thank you, no wonder mine looked weird, like a potato bag XD. My hair is not long enough for this particular crown braid.

My hair is super thick. By the time I get to the other side its like ridiculously hard to do a twist brand then it looks way chunkier than the other side

There is another technique for the same hairstyle where you start at the front and each side has the same links I don’t know exactly how to do it but growing up I wore it that way almost every day my mom would do it so you may look around on here for other techniques. That’s actually what I’m doing is looking for that particular hairstyle I think it’s better because you don’t use bobby pins.

this is not for medium hair. On google, medium hair is said to be 12 inches, mine is 15, and not long enough to do this. Idk what to say. this is the fifth video for 'medium hair' that does not work for my actually medium length hair
